Jean McGhee Recruitment is an independent company supplying the Scottish business community with temporary and permanent office support staff.

Founded in 1997, we are contracted or regular suppliers to national, multi-national, small and medium-sized organisations covering the full spectrum of Scottish life including sectors such as Finance, Investment, Heritage, Charity, Leisure, Health, Education, Construction and Media.

We offer a fast, professional service whilst taking time to understand the needs of both client and applicant. Regardless of an organisation’s size, our aim is to build long-term relationships based upon consistently high standards of staff and service. This means matching not only candidate work skills but also their likely team fit.

Our rates are competitive but we reject the high volume “bums on seats” approach in favour of an employment service focussed upon quality. Candidates, mainly drawn from Central Scotland, are treated as we would like to be treated ourselves, at registration and face-to-face interviewing as well as throughout the job-seeking process.

While we fully comply with all national legislation such as requirements regarding candidate screening and employment law, we really mean our slogan: “Putting People First.”
